My Approach…

As a qualified and well respected Registered Nutritional Therapist with years of experience, I have supported many clients as they discover the self confidence that comes with a slim, healthy body and abundant health.

 Diets simply don’t work long-term and in many cases, people end up weighing more in the coming months after their diet than they did in the first place! My approach focuses on eating lots of healthy, nutritious foods that are not calorie dense and enable us to feel fuller for longer. 

I devised my TrimFull plan as I wanted my clients to enjoy the large portions of wonderful food that had actually helped  me to shed the pounds at last. My focus is on giving my clients as much information as I can on what to shop for, how to prepare meals, calorie counted recipes and exercise. Alongside this I realise that importance of coaching and accountability which are vital in helping clients to reach their goals. Set aside any of the experiences that you may have had and with other ‘diet’ or fitness gurus…  I work by revealing the underlying causes of why you may struggle with your weight and work with you to overcome these blockages. 

I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself time and time again and I am passionate that my clients enjoy nutritiously sound advice as we take this weight loss journey together.
